About DxMod on NASA SEWP VI
DxMod LLC holds NASA SEWP VI awards in Category B and Category C. SEWP (Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement) is a multi-award Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) administered by the NASA SEWP Program Office.

How to Order
Define the need
Prepare the statement of work. DxMod can support a scoping discussion.
Request quotes
Issue an RFQ through the SEWP Quote Request Tool under Category B or C.
Evaluate and award
Issue the delivery order to DxMod, citing the DxMod SEWP VI contract number.
Submit the order
Follow the SEWP ordering instructions. DxMod confirms receipt and begins work.
Fair Opportunity
SEWP VI is a multi-award Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). The Fair Opportunity clause of the contract states:
SEWP VI Contract, Clause A.1.13 Fair Opportunity and Requests for Quotes"Contractors will be provided a fair opportunity at the individual order level as appropriate per FAR Part 16.505(b), including the SEWP RFQ tools."
"The Contractor shall not market, quote or otherwise offer for sale, any IT Solutions not listed under this contract, until the said solutions are included in the SEWP database of record."
"If the Government issues a Request For Quote (RFQ) or a Market Research Request (MRR), the Contractor may only respond with items available on their Contract."
"Unless the RFQ specifically allows for partial quotes, the Contractor must respond fully to all requirements specified in the RFQ."
Each contract holder must be given a fair opportunity to be considered for each order exceeding $10,000, per FAR 16.505(b)(1). The SEWP Quote Request Tool is the recommended method to meet this requirement and support the decision documentation. An agency administrative handling fee, not to exceed 0.34% of the order total, is included in quoted prices.

- Installation and implementationBefore work begins, DxMod confirms scope, schedule, site access, security requirements, and acceptance criteria with the ordering agency.
- WarrantyDxMod services are warranted under the terms of the SEWP VI contract and the individual delivery order.
- Technical and software supportSupport is provided for the period of performance in the delivery order, through the SEWP point of contact.
- Post-delivery issuesReport issues to the SEWP point of contact. DxMod coordinates a resolution plan with the ordering agency.
- Order troubleshootingFor order status, modifications, invoicing, or delivery, contact the SEWP point of contact with the agency order number and SEWP control number.
